What is an open space event? It is that feeling you get when you attend a really good conference or course and you find yourself completely absorbed in conversations with colleagues over lunch or during the break... Afterwards, you feel energised and motivated because you’ve had the opportunity to talk about a topic that you are invested in and you feel passionate about. An open space event is that feeling, that moment, stretched out over the course of the day. This particular event has been organised by Vicki Lamb and it will be delivered by experienced facilitators Anna Curd & Kirsten McCarthy. Why not join us on the 14th September for a series of themed conversations exploring a changing professional landscape, exploring how we are all navigating our evolving profession. In this Open Space event Anna and Kirsten will support delegates to co-create an agenda based on topics or themes that feel important for the participants attending on the day. Open Space events encourage informal movement around the space and everyone is invited to actively contribute as much or as little as feels comfortable. This event will be accessible in both spoken English and British Sign Language, with delegates encouraged to use the language most accessible to their group.
