For many children, it isn't a lack of knowledge or skill that trips them up in exams or auditions, it's their shaking legs and the rollercoaster in their tummy. They know their stuff, but they just can't seem to get their nerves under control. STILL Learning has been created to help them do just that! In just three hours, STILL Learning will teach them how to identify difficult feelings, understand why those feelings occur and then draw on a range of tools so that they can feel calm and in control. Why not take the stress out of organising and let me come to you? STILL Learning is perfectly suited to be run in schools or youth clubs for groups of up to 10 children. It can be run in one three hour block on a Saturday morning, or spread out over two or three weeks as an extra curricular activity.
