For many children, it isn't a lack of knowledge or skill that trips them up in exams or auditions, it's their shaking legs and the rollercoaster in their tummy. They know their stuff, but they just can't seem to get their nerves under control. STILL Learning has been created to help them do just that! In just three hours, STILL Learning will teach them how to identify difficult feelings, understand why those feelings occur and then draw on a range of tools so that they can feel calm and in control.
